The Turn Hit Trainer is located in the Vicinity of Crendale Keep.
It's a fun minigame where you learn/master the Turn Hitting Mechanism in game.
It's also recommended to train there before starting the Cutthroat's Stockade quest.
For each landed hit you get 100 Sparring exp per hit and 50 player exp.
0.5 second cooldown to entering per total # of hits of your last sparring session.
